| | This book is losing its charm, for me. And this story has drug on for what feels like a year and a half. I'm thinking I'll shift to trade paperback for this book, after this story ends. At a point when the story should be ramping up to its conclusion and the big battle, instead it feels formulaic and slow. There is so much bureaucracy that has to be set up to describe the battle that there is no room for the cheeky charm that the book started with. |
