Two weeks ago, I posted about a rare copy of Action Comics #1 that was up for auction. I suggested that someone get it for me, for my birthday. Well, everyone has let me down. Instead of belonging to me, the comic now belongs to John Dolmayan, the drummer for the rock band System of a Down. The closing bid was $317,200. The previous owner paid 35 cents for it.
